Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Terms & Conditions

Webra shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return.

You can request a refund for services purchased from Webra within 7 days (1 week) of receipt of service in most cases. Some services have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Refund Process Timeline

Once the refund request has been received and approved, it can take up to 6 calendar days to process. When the refund has been accepted, the amount will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any delivery or service costs.

The complete refund process will be completed within the following timeline:

  • Review of refund request: 1-2 business days
  • Approval/rejection of refund request: 1-2 business days
  • Processing of approved refund: 3-5 business days
  • Credit to customer's original payment method: 5-7 business days (depending on the payment method and processing time of the customer's financial institution)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a service or subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the "Billing" or "Subscriptions" section
  3. Find the service you want to request a refund for
  4. Click on "Request Refund" button
  5. Select the reason for requesting a refund
  6. Submit your request

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time. However, refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy as outlined above.

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the "Billing" or "Subscriptions" section
  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button
  5. Confirm your cancellation

When you cancel a subscription:

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method for future billing periods
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period unless otherwise specified in our refund policy

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
  • Custom-developed solutions or implementations
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Services marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
  • Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service unavailability due to technical issues on our part
  • Incorrect billing or charging errors
  • Failure of service to perform as described
